a sale of the 25% direct interest? well a better means to derive value for it would be to sell it on the market to the highest bidder rather than a sole source sale in exchange for a debt payment.
Kerogen already own 50% of the 25%.
given exxon and other majors are already considering iGAS, I think it looks like an unlikely occurrence that K would want us to be selling that asset early when they can just increase their debt loan and retain 50% ownership.
