Thank you very much for your tips.
Honestly, value deteriation is not the major issue for me, but question is that don't know exactely why SP has been going down continuously. Like someone is hitting me, but do not know exactely who is doing any why? So such situation make a little irritation or uncomfortable.

Today, it is going up, but don't know why.
Just techinical bouncing or smart money has moved in with insider information or whatelse? It goes up and down with no obvious reason.
