So we only have to wait until 18th of Jan, no update on cap raising, no update on Carnarvon, and still not secured any additional contracts...

THIS IS AWESOME!!!!

So far we have had five ASX announcements asking for suspension of the stock.

The first three were requests for suspension related only to the raising of funds through placement - which we were SPECIFICALLY told would be completed by 5th Dec.

The last two requests for extension of suspension are no longer relating to the placement, in fact this recent announcement does not even mention it. We are now told the suspension is required whilst ERJ negotiates with a new customer.

So... The original reason we went into voluntary suspension seems to have evaporated or is no longer worthy of even mentioning in updates...
