Can i Say that I am as disappointed at this as any of you, but some need to look at what has transpired.

IMO we will not hear anymore about the cap raising except for the remaining 51mill shares to be issued so another 3b at some point. 103 mill have been issued as per app 3b on the 11/12/12, so I don;t expect anything further. You have been told all that they need to say. Whether the funds are subject to a second customer or Carnarvon being operational - I don;t know and we will never know.

The company is hamstrung in announcing the 2nd customer. They may well have been better off not saying anything and announcing in due course, but maybe too many people knew so they had to continue the suspension. Once the market knows they are obliged to give the proper info. Can you imagine if they relisted today. It would have been shot.
No new customer, no update from Carnarvon etc.

Leaving until Jan when ever to me is good. Lets everyone settle down and hopefully get a second contract and the final result of Carnarvon. Brings the stock back with a bang even - unless holders spit the chewy and dump. Based on whats happening in the market now , it may as well be closed anyway.

I am not defending what they have done but you have to look at from what has happened. I appreciate I will get bagged for this but thats the way it is.
