Agree, frustration would be an understatement, to see the company in a straight jacket over this option, I'm sure AC would prefer to develop the company further rather than see his hard work getting the resources to this stage only to see it go for a pittance, I don't think he would prefer to be taken over cheaply but then he hasen't got much say with the option being granted years before he arrived, as stated, this will be down to the major shareholders to decide.

I will be very disappointed to see these valuations being bandied about come to pass.
