This has always been the case, well for as long as I can remember-so whats the point? Unemployment is still remarkably low!
I was thinking this morning-should I really be selling, could these bears be right.... And the overwhelming conclusion was the fear of selling and having prices stabilise or shock horror increase and leave me behind left me much more fearfull than that of a drop in property prices. A drop in prices allows me to buy more, a rise in property prices could lock me out.
I guess the only thing the bears have to hope for is a crash-thats all they have and thats why the hang onto that dream so vehemently...they have no other alternative
