I was selling a 6 month old hot water system the other day from a renovation (PP $600 asking $300) and the guy arrives parks his new car up the street and tells me he only has $200 and needs money for petrol. After much haggling I sell it to him for $200.It had to go.So to get even when I had the money and he was on the footpath I told him I really only wanted $100 for it. He was so upset with me.
