I heard the bosses at Deutsch Bank are in trouble again...
complaining to the pollies to get the authorities off their backs..about the Carbon Trading Scams

and this comes after their involvement in fiddling the Libor rates...which are still being used, because it is too difficult to unwind the Libor set up ...

all the big banks world wide are involved in the various scandals
and then the bears pounce on anyone of these banks to promote those banks views on various matter
