JF - I'm starting to picture you as a mad looking professor Julius Sumner Miller 'why is it so?, stressing highly about the day to day machinations of the company.
It's time to juice up the eggnog, throw in a couple of chill pills (or patches), sit back and from January analyse things month by month.
In fact I've an idea.
For 2013, lets systematically analyse the performance and outcomes of each calendar month. Look at some KPI's and take a pragmatic approach, good or bad, to the performance of POH. We'll even grade them. Just need some categories.
