It still boggles my mind how SQM can reach a Perth Stock on Market figure of almost double REIWA's for November 2012...
It can only be three things in my mind, SQM's methodology is out, or REIWA's agent base has been declining therefore their stock on market figure is less representative of the overall market. Or more people are chosing Non-REIWA agent's or opting to sell their own home.
Not arguing with you on the trend either, stock is declining I just don't think its as low as the REIWA figure...
