G'day guys not touched base for a while, but been following the slow progress.

The issue with the BLM looking to reconstuct its approval process is still in play, imo. There has been some publications suggesting that POK sholud be exempt but I have seen nothing official yet? Am I wrong anyone, I am sorry if I have missed something.

There appears to be something missing here. Approvals according to whispers, were supposed to be round Feb this year I believe, but after I had suggested that the BLM were tweaking things to the approval process, so soon after the last five year process had taken place, something didn't add up. The coy allegedley have said they are not affected so there probably isn't any reason for concern, but why hasn't this BLM change of thinking been officially put to bed by POK?

Don't get me wrong I am watching this baby very closely but who would have thought of soverign risk in the USA? We need access to Fed land and suggestions of the approval not having any significant affect on SP must surely be incorrect now. Pretty simple, we get approval to drill, I'm in, no matter the price, and the same for many others, imo. Crikeys I have POK's land holding in UTAH as my computer wall page-lol! This baby could be a biggie given the chance but there seems to be some problem, imo, in the short to medium term maybe???

    Appreciate some thoughts?
