second article is from a real estate site which sells (spruiks) property and on one page is listing that
a) France is the hottest comm property market in Europe
and
b) Edinburgh is the hottest comm property market (???)
the last (third) article is from 6/11/2009 (???)
(research well done mate ! were you in too much hurry to spruik and didn't notice the date ?)
