I can't see how anyone would accept a placement at a premium price when they could have been buying oppies at 0.0001 and effectively buying in at 12.5c. Any CR will dilute and lower the SP which has been struggling to stay at 12 to 12.5c. I think they were hoping to get over the line with the oppies but now that looks unlikely (in the main), and they may have already allocated the funds in anticipation of that happening, so now they have no alternative but a CR. I hope I am wrong and there is some good news for all but I have my doubts.
