It's pretty much a one-to-one equivalence. 1,000 cubic feet of methane is 1.055 GJ, so:
1 MMcf = 1.055 TJ
1 bcf = 1.055 PJ
So 577 PJ of gas = 550 bcf or just over half a Tcf.
CSG is not actually pure methane but the stuff coming out of the Surat is pretty close to it, usually 99% or more. In other areas there may be a few percent inerts so 1 MMcf coming out of those areas would be slightly less than 1.055 TJ.

Another handy figure provided there is that 1 Mt of LNG is 55.4 PJ. So if ORG is diverting 577 PJ from APLNG, that's over 10 Mt of LNG, or 1.2 years of production for APLNG's two trains. That is a LOT of gas considering it's a 20 year project.
