I did ask for my post to be removed from the LIN threads yesterday, as in reflection I don't want to jeopardise any ongoing negotiations atm nor jeopardise anything in this regard for the Company - so I thought it was best to remove the post (including the phone numbers) and let the Company do what it has to do to get this deal done - that way, we're all winners again (hopefully).
I also wanted to just remind posters also to be very careful what you write on public forums ie; you cannot imply, insinuate or state on public forums such as HotCopper that board members are not working in their shareholders best interests. Please also be very mindful of the HC rules that clearly state: "If your post contains any potentially defamatory material you will be immediately suspended for 7 days. A second transgression will result in a 14 day suspension and anything more will lead to a permanent suspension from HotCopper."
This is to not only protect yourself from possible litigation, but to also protect HC.
