It would have absolutely nothing to do with sovereign risk, REE price volatility, execution risk, cost blowout risk or the market being genuinely uncertain about the ability of management given that they effectively ruled out a capital raising and then went back on their word. Nothing at all to do with that. Manipulation, that's the sole reason this is at 60c. You're a genius lambda.
