Thanks for your post

I agree with what you are saying regarding spec stocks

From a personal point of view, and as unreal as it may seem to some, AVB's sp is not what motivates me to post...I have never expected it to double overnight and I'm not looking for instant gratification. I accept fully that companies are not built overnight.

This does not, however, mean that we should silent on the issues which we believe may influence the sp, whether it be up or down. It is on these issues that I choose to comment
