My take on this, for Luis to optimise cashing in on his stock options, the share price needs to be much greater than 20c before the end of April 2013. This will give him 5.5m stock options to profit from. His next best opportunity relies on the share price being much greater than 18c before the end of September 2013. Giving him 5m shares to profit from. Failing that, he'll only be able to sit of .768m of stock options, indefinitely.

It's clear to me that they have him in to do a specific job, if successful, it will make AVB's share price rocket. It's also very clear, that it's in Luis's best interest to get done before the end of April and by no later than the end of September.

What ever the task, the result will be transformational for AVB, possibly the key steps required to transfrom AVB from explorer to producer.
