The April options are nearly 5 years old.

From the Disclosure Document released on 15 Nov 2007:

"Luis Azevedo – Brazilian Consultant 500,000*

*Within three months of listing the Company proposes to grant 1,000,000 options to Directors and 500,000 options to a Brazilian consultant. These are exercisable at $0.20 each on or before five years from the date of issue."

So this guy has had a longstanding relationship with AVB - been with the company since the beginning. Good stuff.
