Too big to paste - but if you have an investment in FKP - it is worth a read.
The only bad bits I can find are the need for government approval to charge over $595 per week, or collect an interest free loan of over $406,037 . . . and transparency that prices must be published on both the company website and the government my aged care website. (We saw how well publishing wages of executives went.) I agree that both of these are fair enough conditions, compared to the extra flexibility that the changes are bringing in.
