I have met Santa san and he is of beardless Asiatic, indeed possibly Chinese, appearance. Rumours of the dense beard are inaccurate. It is his hairy fur-skin that makes him appear hairy. His hairy fur-skin is for protection from climate change and the vicissitudes of life at Christmas (angry, hysterical last-minute panicking shoppers etc) and covers most of his body which is very different to the fur-skin I possess and occasionally roll out.
Santa san's face has a serene moon-like roundness and an eternal smile as if smiling at some private joke which amuses him as he 'sleds' (sic) the world in a single day.
Santa san (born in HK but contracted to CNOOPCHQwhatever) confided to me in vino (rum) veritas after I plied him with rum and mince pies - mostly rum stolen from my pater - that it is not a sled at all but a red-nosed bullet train criss-crossing the heavens. They are keeping this awesome news for later - after world domination - to shock and ore (sic) (Chinese joke) us all and of course there is the added commercial advantage of everybody in the world buying all those Chinese manufactured products in a one-stop shop direct from Santa's huge behometh 'cloud' sleigh-market.
He has quite a few parcels with Petrochina logos on them at the special price of only .65c!

My parcel like my fur-skin is very small but so was yours. Seamfiend's sticking up from the pile was visible but only just.
But Look! Size does not matter!. Does it? It's the thought that counts!
I know all this because Santa san & I chatted the other night after I rescued him - because his fur-skin was painfully trapped in the a/c flue of my gas-powered parents' house. He was fortunate it was me (at 67) and still living rent free in my parents house where my 90-something year-old-mother happily cooks and cleans and does everything for me.
I am wandering from my point - which in truth I have no idea what it is - having imbibed the remainder of my pater's rum.
Santa has gone now. I gave him a quick boot up the fur-skin and away he happily went.
