I had heard that too, although I can't seem to find any published report from DERM. I also had a look and couldn't see any link from Cougar to such published report. Perhaps there is a report and it wasn't published, or perhaps such report is currently within the purview of the legal proceedings.

Perhaps if Cougar locates it or it's available, it may be something to post on their website or at least a blurb with a link to the Gov. Report.

IMO I think CXY have a good chance of vindication with the current proceedings.

It seems whenever one reads anything current on UCG that CXY is held up or indicated as the bad boy, or that's the impression I get anyway. I would be delighted to see not only CXY vindicated and appropriately compensated, but also UCG in general given the green light. I doubt I'm on my Pat Malone there either.
