Shorters give nothing to the sharemarket, business world or economy. Without us long term holders most businesses would not even get off the ground.
I admit I am in the sharemarket to make money but I also get satisfaction in my investment assisting an Australian company get up & running, also assisting with employment here in Australia & in Malaysia which needs this boost.
I look forward to the day shorting is banned & the ASX is not treated like the TAB
