Munchy, Dave Collum's views are only relevant if you believe in all of the following:
**Conspiracies are behind every financial movement.
**The world economy is going to hell..ie permabear view
**Gold is the only savior to the world economy
**Governments have no place in an open economy and that the slightest involvement can only lead to socialism.
**Keynes as a Economic theorist was a moron and only Milton Friedman has the answers.
**We are due for a massive inflation spike rendering all fiat currencies as worthless, with gold becoming the new standard.
Lots more such nonsense, which renders any viewpoint on REEs as meaningless IMO.
