When this deal with Shandong taking control came out of left field,those who were in favour (the vast majority)were telling less insightful poor souls like me that the sp would rocket when the deal was agreed by shareholders,and couldn't see why we did not possess even the most basic and rudimentary understanding of Corporate business to be able to acknowledge it.

It didn't!!

Then they said the reason it didn't, was clearly because everyone was waiting to make sure the funds would actually be released, but when they were you had better watch out cos this sp will rocket.

It didn't!!

Then we had some lame nonsense about how the news of the funds being stumped up was released too late in the trading day to allow any appreciable gains and we should keep quiet and wait to see what happens in the following trading day, which I'm guessing meant the sp would rocket?

It didn't!!

Now lo and behold, we are being told (as I mentioned we would weeks ago) that we will have to wait a few months yet for the sp to rocket, cos there has to be time to allow the spending spree to kick in and start showing some results.

I think a bit more humility is long overdue from those who have perpetrated and bought this story hook line and sinker and a tad more respect shown to those who may - just may - have had a bit more understanding of corporate business and how it should be conducted than they have.

I wonder how much longer it is going to take before the ra ra brigade here, actually sit back and begin to ask themselves some serious searching questions instead of kidding themselves that this has gone down well in business circles and the market as a whole.

It has clearly been voted as an abject failure however you look at it.You cannot just keep blithely digging up more and more excuses buying more and more time, when it is patently obvious that this sp would have soared to 6 or 7 cents IMMEDIATELY the deal was agreed, if it had been considered to have had any merit whatsoever.

I believe, as I have mentioned many times, that Shandong are here for a purpose linked to Global woes and simple visionary self preservation, and I also believe that is EXACTLY how the market sees it also as is being shown very clearly.

Time for a good few to own up here me thinks!!
