This upgrade was expected not only by SDL and the market, but also hanlong and any other potential suitor.
I do believe that it's a strong positive but to hanlong it will only assist with completion.... They won't raise price because of it
Lets hope for some positive sentiment that make take us back up to 40cents very soon
