So from your first reply to Nathan which I replied to your comment, why are you asking for an announcement date, when even your reply was about the 30% Nathan opinion? And not about any announcement.
You then ask…”You should provide the forum with share and options numbers if you seriously want to discuss dilutions.

The options are KAB options, of course, what other options would you have in your mind so there is no confussion?

The option numbers and share numbers are all in the announcements as you are always advising. But to assist you, the option numbers went from 93m to 358m. Have a look at the announcements just prior to Brewer, and the latest 5B announcement.
This basis was posted on my previously moderated post explaining the timing on how to calculate the %s….

How can dilution be SMALL, when Brewer took over, there were 285m shares, currently there is 677m and growing due to share price falling from above 3c to below or hovering around 1c. Option have grown from 93m to 358m. How can 238% increase in shares, and 385% increase in options ever be considered small, unless of course there are plans for the following years increases to be even larger than this?
So “These are numbers you came up with and far from proven.”, please explain how these numbers are not proven, do the calculations or show me what figures you come up with so a logical discussion can clear this air for you.
