The Rail Line figures have been done several times as time has gone by.

Silly Government. No free carry,but higher taxes in Australia. Also SDL have a five year Tax free period.
One way or another the Cameroon Government have to pay for their free carry once Production starts. Half the cost of getting to Production I believe. I don't believe the Infrastructure cost will be in that half cost. All other cost's leading to Production will be included.

Stand's well over $100 million at present I believe.
