In the scenario where there is no counter-bid, not only are the hedge funds with a blocking stake going to do GJ's bidding (as playing the "other guy") in demanding HanLong paying the rightful money owed to SDL holders as per the original SIA reneged on in the most dispicable of manners.
It now smells blood as the Chinese government is clearly emerging from the shadows of HanLong (REQUESTS FROM GOVERNMENT AGENCIES - LOL !) to drive the agendas in the Chinese ownership and development of the West African Iron Ore Province.
THIS IS A DEAL THE CHINESE CANNOT AFFORD TO FAIL.
