Our legal system and the USA's I believe, is you can be convicted by evidence that indicates your guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
There is just too much evidence and that is real evidence to dismiss the "official" story. Plus the government can easily counter these accusations by releasing the tapes they confiscated. But they won't. Why is that? The tapes weren't even their property!
So in my independent and intelligent thinking mind, I can only deduce the official story is total rubbish.
