"How can dilution be SMALL, when Brewer took over, there were 285m shares, currently there is 677m and growing due to share price falling from above 3c to below or hovering around 1c. Option have grown from 93m to 358m. How can 238% increase in shares, and 385% increase in options ever be considered small, unless of course there are plans for the following years increases to be even larger than this?

More extreme than 30% imo.

Their is a time to fight dilution, and a time to accept it. The debt funding is an excellent outcome and avoids immediated dilution. But we are still carrying $1mil convertible note and $1.5mil debt to OKAP.

And when dilution comes its better to offer shareholders first imo.
