for housing to decline, there would have to be a massive shift in immigration.... large amounts of people would have to emigrate to other countries, to flee Australia in droves.....

at the same time we are also experiencing an inflow of wealthy immigrants....
when both situations above reverse in big numbers.... then you can expect the change you so desire
