Are you bullish on property alone or are you also bullish on running your own business / have you ever ran a business?

Do you think your bullishness comes from being a business owner? Surely if you didn't do well in business you wouldn't of had the cash flow to do well in property.

If in business of your own can you explain how you've done well in it?
