I will try to answer your questions....

Firstly, I am a very confident person, and confident in my own abilities. I have had sufficient success in many areas of my life, as a back up and reminder.

You call it bullish...but that is such a common term on stock sites, to distinguish bulls from bears.

My parents were self employed, so I had two great mentors, from an early age.
In real life I am more of a Clark Kent type, and a gentleman. Every now and again, when the situation warrants, I become superman, to help others out.

I have been running my own successful business for many years.
To run a successful business, I set myself many goals, with steps required along the way, and completion dates for each step. It was a comprehensive and detailed plan.

I am a professional, and also a people person. Initially when I started out on my own, starting from scratch, I worked 7 days a week, on average 18 hours a day.
I had chucked in my job, and took on an evening job, part time to provide me with an income, whilst I was looking for clients. I worked at Telstra, it was fun, in a specialist team.
Within 6 months I had sufficient new clients and a regular income.
I tripled my income within a year of starting my business.
The huge increase in my income enabled many opportunities, one of which was property investment.

My job, prior to starting my business, was with a large international firm. They helped to fast track my career, giving me opportunities to specialise in some areas.
It was these specialisations that helped me stand out from the crowd, and was the main contributor to my success in business.
I put in a lot of hard yards in the early days, and there is a big component of ongoing professional development required to maintain my position.
It seemed to require an almost super human effort, for around 5 years to begin with.
The international firms usually provide excellent learning, mentoring and experience for their staff to excel in their chosen area.
As a result of the huge boost to my income, together with the success of my property interests, I scaled back my business commitments, so much so that I have been only working part time for several years now.
I may go back to an increased workload next year, as I get bored very easily.
I am also a workaholic, so a life of sitting around, lazing in the sun does not appeal to me.
    cheers
