Same at Myer Queen Street in Brisbane Pixie. On a stand way away from from the Clarins, Shiseido etc....Over with the cheaper cosmetics. Its on a stand thats emblazoned with "Wrinkle Freeze" which is another brand. The Wrinkle Freeze is blasted all over the stand and the product is on the top few shelves. Elixia on the other hand is about the 3rd row down. The sales girl didnt know much about Elixia and kept trying to sell me Wrinkle Freeze. I too was annoyed. I use Elixia (Daily Smoothing Lotion & the exfoliator) i absolutely LOVE it but the only place I can purchase readily seems to be Elixia website this is quick easy and gets me my shareholder discount.

But yeah, I agree, VERY disappointing product marketing. And it always seems to be shoved away with the "Ponds" and cheaper lines and no staff have any product knowledge whatsoever. At Myer Chermside, they had no idea what I was talking about apparently "Never heard of it". True Stories.
