Any large player acquiring a significant holding would have to be reported so who is doing the accumulation of a quota, and SP manipulation as you state?
As far as I can tell there have only been minor changes in the significant holders register and the purchase of the CR...
It's a nice conspiracy theory you have there. However I suspect that it really is in fact not true but I am open to being convinced if you can show any supporting evidence that it may indeed be true?
