i used to do a bit of driving as well - and the ignorance of trucks on the road by the everday driver always amazed me - im of the opinion that no dl should be issued without doing a training course and doing some hours (driving) in a truck to get a feel of what its like to not only command something bigger than a family sedan but also understand what it takes to keep one on the road
