Even when trains are operating, they are governed to varying low speeds depending on the track condition along the way.

I always thought the road transport industry, (who's paying who, etc), played a big part in contributing to a 3rd world level of rail transport.

I wish our leaders, (future), would get fairdinkum about our transport needs.

For our future we need B quadruple X 100 rail freight, not B double or triple road trucks.
