You bring up a good point.


From memory when you go back to the appointment of Muntz it was announced AGS recruited him for his experience in Uranium Mining/production and I believe at the time S.Johnston stood aside. How is everyone's memory on this? I maybe off the mark.

So if we are to believe what Muntz was appointed for, then AGS's Management know that they need an experienced person to handle their plans with ACE if they win in Court.imo

(Of course many on here speculated that Muntz was recruited for inside info only! Who knows?)


If AGS wins in Court then they will need a Manager for ACE imo

Maybe Muntz might return?. atm he has got away from the Uranium game, the last I saw.?

Anyway,I'm only speculating here on the Management struture that I.G may put in place?

Maybe Itochu will have some imput into that with personel etc?



Bring on the Court case is what we need, so we know where we stand with our investment. Surely, we(AGS) can get into Court late this year or early next year!imo

imo I.G has big plans for AGS but he needs the 100%(B4M) back and I for one hopes he gets it.! Like many others the sharemarket has not been kind to me, these past couple of years.lol
