    if the board are working on a takeover offer
    the shareholders are likely to get about 12 cents a share

    a few weeks ago CJO was taken over it was supposed to be worth around 30 to 40cents a share ,,,the shareholders got 14.7 cents a share

    so i think everyone should be thinking about 12 cents per share for nmc is whats gonna happen the management have already got their golden parachutes with a 200% increase in pay already
    which is insane!!!! and greedy
