13.5 million GWR was registered on my trading platform at 5.10PM on 24/12/12. That's a fact, though we have not seen an announcement yet from either GWR or FAS.

Whether or not you like what Archie has said, those appear to be the correct facts based on the auditors' report and the company's annual report, plus the 24/12/12 sale of 13.5 mill GWR.

Unless Santa moves in tomorrow as part of some grand deal involving a swap of GWR shares and financing of FAS, I am now pessimistic about the future of FAS as a going concern.

My sentiment is Sell for the first time since 2006.
