Thanks Alf, unfortunately I don't trade on fundamental analysis. I will occasionally check things here and there but the majority is all technical analysis. The big institutions have acquired a lot of QAN, so if you go by that then they believe there is a lot more upside so I would assume as the company gets into a better position, dividends will follow.
