It's def better trading the US than ASX. Which broker/s do you use? I use TD Ameritrade, TOS platform. I negotiated $5 per trade with them. I know people using Lightspeed and they pay as low as $2.50 but I like the TOS setup and it's easier to find shares to short thru them. Only thing that sucks is starting work at midnight.
