I m not sure if I get your question correctly or not, but if one of those guys wants to step into the business that Quickflix is in, especially in Australia, normally taking over QFX would be the first step given its customer base & multiple deals with sumsang, blackberry, extel etc etc..

I m not sure how these big guys in new media industry feel so far, but ur questions are certainly interesting !!
