Its too early to give a call on Management just yet.imo

I.G. has a plan in place and hopefully good things come to those who wait. Remember, Slow and Steady wins the race, doesn't it?.lol

If AGS gets their day in Court and lose then a judgement could be made on individual Management and the overall setup of same.imo and that means shareholders making a decision on whether to continue to hold. The market will react in the negative towards AGS's shareprice if there is a judgement that dismisses AGS's claim ie I believe that true value for AGS's 25% wont be achieved? but at least it will be higher than the 20c atm

Thats a long way off and should not concern share holders just yet.

Another 12+ mths before a Court decision imo then appeals may happen. All we can do is not get ahead of ourselves like a few on here seem to have done in the past.imo!

I'm not being patronising towards Management because no matter what, "D-Day" will come for us all once the Court decision is handed down.!

One small mercy is, the time frame has worked in our favour with regard to the negativity towards Uranium, following the GFC and the Japanese disaster. Hopefully China, India and Russia push ahead with Nuclear expansion and accordingly the Uranium price will increase. Also, the more Reactors Japan turns back on the better.imo (thats seems to be the focus atm for a boost/rise in the Uranium Price).

Although it'll be slow going for AGS there are other U stocks that may reflect the positives of Japan and Nuclear power expansion worldwide in the short term.

    Good luck.

    Md
