Any of the many maverick WA mining directors would have dressed this up so that the public were literally drooling...just like they might on a big golden turkey on thanksgiving day!
Sometimes there is a place to crow and say: "I'm bloody good, look at me. I'm solving the issues and getting on with it"
Still, I guess we can expect a greater chance of upside with the current conservative PGI announcement style.
KEY POINT: Another brick in the (nearly completed) wall.
