It was expected that they were going to leave. You don't expect them to hang around and lick envelopes.

I liked Dow but had never met him so what do I know. A friend far more in the know than me tells me Dow is no major loss so don't fret. Some viewed him as being more concerned about his parking spot at the factory then other pressing issues. I am told Andrew Neilson was well respected and a loss to the company
