Sounds like re-iPO (or iPod as my iphone kindly autocorrected the thread title) means reverse merger

Apply this to RES case I take this to mean:

Whereby an unlisted company will raise the debt and equity for the project and then takeover RES and rename RES to whatever the unlisted coy is called.

I don't get how an unlisted coy can raise the funds though when the project resource (boikarabelo) which is security for the debt owned by RES..

Some knowledgeable discussion on this topic would be much appreciated.
