this guys have already shagged the existing s/h 4 years ago with a 10:1 fir the purpose of tightening up the register ostensiy to make it more attractive to investors.

share consolidations do not make raising equity capital any easier in fact you will all be worse off - gosh there is only 250M on issue anyway!
