    Like to think you guys are right but........

    CSE own 8.2% of SYR

    8.2% of $2.75 = 22.5c

    less 30% tax = 15.8c

    add say 2.5c cash (which will probably be squandered)

    Best case (after tax) is a valuation of 18.3c
